What to Pack in Your Carry On
·                     NO sharp objects
·                     NO liquids or gels unless it is packaged in a container less than 100 ml AND these containers fit into one see through zip locked bag AND the total does not exceed 1 litre

·                     refillable waterbottle, empty
·                     one pair of undergarments
·                     one pair of fuzzy,cozy socks
·                     in-flight reading
·                     in-flight travel accessories-earplugs, inflatable neck pilow, sleeping mask
·                     snacks-enough for 24 hours only

·                     headphones, or you can get them from Air Canada(n/c)
·                     sm ziploc with sm. toothpase/brush, handsanitizer wipes
·                     prescription drugs in original packaging (epi pens to be worn at all times)
·                     on the way home make sure to have all your receipts for any items you have souvenirs
·                     notebook, keep running list of purchases, and list of who to buy for and what you purchased for them
What to Pack in Your Luggage
·                     Label your luggage inside and out.  Leaders providing a group matching identifying ribbon or tag
·                     unit daily clothing will be packed in ziploc bags and labelled ( details to follow)
·                     Dirty laundry. Bring a laundry bag, even if it is a trash bag, to keep soiled clothes separate from fresh clothes.
·                     Size and weight of packed luggage. Make sure you are able to lift and carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs.  In Europe, many of the hotels do not have elevators.  We may have to travel many flights of stairs to get to our rooms.  You will have to able to put your luggage on and off a bus.
·                     snacks for 1/day for 14 days (ie, peanut free granola bars, fruit leather, trail mix) to carry one in daypack(EF backpack) daily.
·                     toilet paper (many European public toilets don't have tp)

Remember:  To be worn at all times, your passport in a passport holder and a watch.  Also in your money belt is your money, copy of your travel/medical insurance (leaders to have copies too) a copy of any prescriptions including eyewear.
